Yah, I don't really know how to make a link and am disinclined to check DA for instructions.

More importantly, Parkour has received a giant boost in practitioners ever since bird-flu reared it's ugly avian head. As demonstrated by Sebastien Foucan in this Youtube video, Parkour can be instrumental in protecting yourself from vicious chickens stricken by the epidemic.

Protect yourself, practice Parkour.
